Vin Santo "Tre Chiodi"

The “Tre Chiodi” Vin Santo docBianco from the Val di Nievole is obtained from Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti and Vermentino vines. Production is limited to approximately 1200 half-litre bottles.
The wine has an amber colour, a smooth taste and pleasant structure. The “Tre Chiodi” Vin Santo has a clean and fresh taste due to its slight acidity, in complete respect of a quality product.
It is suitable for accompanying typical Tuscan sweets and desserts as well as all kinds of cheeses, but it’s worthwhile experimenting with other sweet and savoury dishes to discover many enjoyable surprises. It is perfect when offering hospitality to guests or as an invitation to flavoursome meditation.
